SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AUCTION
It has now been agreed that the auction for paid up members only will be by sealed bid. This bid is to be lodged with a Committee Member who will date and time the receipt. (in case of identical highest bids being received whereby the earliest will win). Bidding will start on the 1st of April and all bids must be received by the Committee before 19:30hrs on the 21st of April 2009. All envelopes will be opened at the Committee meeting on the 21st and the highest bid assertained.
